Renovation Design Service is ideal for those renovating or building a home and unsure of which style choices to make. Whether it’s a whole home remodel or just a room, we’ll help you create your dream space within your budget. (virtual OR in-person to those around Dallas, Tx)

Please keep in mind this service can only be provided if the structure of the room is not changing & plumbing and electrical are staying in the same location. If you need assistance in a full home remodel please contact us first for bundle pricing.

THIS SERVICE INCLUDES:

• Initial one on one 45 min design meeting

• Discuss financial options for your design project, this will help plan a budget accordingly

• Concept board (cabinets, flooring, tile, paint, etc)

• Concept presentation

• One revision

• Final floor plan

• Shopping list with links (window treatment, lighting, accessories)

• Instructions for installation

Please note: Service is priced per room, view dropdown menu for price. Sourcing for furniture & decor is not included in this service, if you would like to include please purchase our CONCEPT IMAGE OR SOURCING service separately. Once we gather all information & pictures of your space the estimated wait time for final design is 3-4 weeks.
