• Keep List (existing furniture)

• Instructions for installation

FOR KITCHEN & BATHS:

Please keep in mind this service can only be provided if the structure of the room is not changing & plumbing and electrical are staying in the same location. For kitchen and bathroom concept image services the following are included:

• Initial one on one 30 min design meeting

• Concept board (flooring, lighting, tile, paint, vanity, cabinetry, countertops etc.)

• Concept presentation

• One revision

• Final floor plan

• Shopping list with links (flooring, lighting, tile, vanity, cabinetry, etc.)

Please note: service is priced per space up to 400 sqft. Once we gather all information & pictures of your space the estimated wait time for final design is 1 week.

ALL SALES FINAL, REFUNDS MUST BE APPROVED BY OWNER VIA EMAIL.
